How do you treat pet stains and odors? Is there an extra charge?

For our pet stain and odor removal service there will be a $30 charge per room.

The process we use is similar to our carpet cleaning process, only we’ll also start with a pre-treatment. This will help lift stains and odors from pets by neutralizing them. We’ll then use our hot water steam cleaning process to completely remove the stain from your carpets.

What should I do before my appointment?

Make sure to know what stains you want to point out to us before we show up.
Clean up any messes like toys or clothes on the floor. Leave the floor clear of any clutter.
If you have any small light pieces of furniture, move those to a spot that will be out of the way.
Move anything that is breakable to a safe spot.
Make sure to have your pets in a safe place away from the rooms being worked on.

How long does it take my carpet to dry?

On average it can take 6-10 hours to completely dry. This will depend on what time of the year it is. Certain temperatures can cause it to dry faster or slower. We’ll also youse some powerful fans to help speed the drying process as much as possible.

Do you have a guarantee? What does it cover?

We provide a 100% quality guarantee. If you find any stains that return, we’ll come back and make sure it’s gone!

Is a protector applied to the carpet?

We can apply a carpet protector with our services, it will be a $25 fee per room to add.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

For services, we’ll need you or someone in your household to be home. When we show up we’ll take a look to give you the costs upfront. We’ll also need you to point out any specific areas that need attention.

Do I have to move large items?

It’s best to have any heavy furniture or items moved before we show up. For us to move heavy items we’ll need a release of liability form signed and it may involve a moving fee.

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

To keep your carpets looking and performing it’s best, it is recommended to have a professional cleaning every 12 months.
